Join us on Mill Street for a rain or shine Community Garage Sale! Book a 10’x10′ space to sell your gently loved clothing, household treasures, collectibles, sporting equipment, etc. Bring your own canopy, tables and racks. $50 refundable deposit is required.*

*Sellers Rules & Expectations

Registration & Deposit

Space is limited.
Registration will be confirmed upon payment of a $50 fully refundable deposit payable via Square.
A payment link will be sent to accepted vendors via email.
Deposits will be refunded via Square at the end of the event to all sellers that attend and after they have removed all remaining items, garbage and recycling.

Set Up, Tear Down & Operations

Vendors may access the site beginning at 7:30 a.m.
All sellers must be fully set up by 9:00 a.m.
The sale runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Vendors must remain set up for the entire event. Late arrivals and early packing up is not permitted.
Vehicles are not permitted on Mill Street except for loading and unloading.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and sufficent weights for any canopy.
Vendors are responsible for their own cash float and payment methods.

What Can Be Sold

Gently used personal items are welcome.
Items should be clean, functional, and safe.
No commercial vendors or resale businesses.
No new retail merchandise.
No food or beverages
No illegal, hazardous, recalled, or prohibited items can be sold. Check here for Health Canada Regulations

Site Clean-Up

Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean.
All unsold items, garbage, and recycling must be removed at the end of the event.
Nothing may be left behind or placed in public garbage bins.

Weather

The event takes place rain or shine.
Vendors should come prepared with weather protection if needed.
