Harvest Celebration – October 22 2016

Get Ready for some Spoooky Fun on Saturday, October 22nd!
Downtown Orangeville is celebrating autumn in the heart of the Hills of
Headwaters with a special family fun morning on Saturday, October 22th. Our
annual Harvest Celebration marks the closing of Orangeville’s outdoor Farmers’
Market and brings trick or treating to Downtown Orangeville.
Super heroes, princesses, ghosts, zombies and other spooky characters are all
invited to take part. Tiny Tots Trick or Treating (children 10 & under) begins at 10
am and will run until 12 pm or until the candy runs out; simply look for the Tiny
Tots pumpkin sign in the store windows.
Stop by the Market for free face painting and then check out the scary fun at the
Orangeville Dojo on Second Street – the haunted dojo promises to be perfectly
petrifying!
Don’t forget to enter the interactive game & contest at the corner of Mill Street
for a chance to win a fun prize pack and be sure to vote for your favourite Market
vendor Halloween costumes, your favourite downtown scarecrow, and your
favourite jack o lantern for a chance to win a $100 Downtown Shopping Spree.
Lastly, mark your calendars for the Indoor Winter Farmers’ Market. You can still
buy fresh, local produce, meats, and treats despite the frost every other Saturday
beginning November 5th, from 9am-1pm inside Town Hall.

Nov 5 & 19,
Dec 3 & 17,
Jan 14 & 28,
