We're planning a boo-tiful Harvest Celebration this fall!
Bring the Family Downtown for some Harvest Celebration Fun!
Downtown Orangeville is celebrating autumn in the heart of Headwaters with a special family fun day on Saturday, October 19th. Our annual Harvest Celebration marks the closing of Orangeville’s outdoor Farmers’ Market and brings trick or treating to Downtown Orangeville.
Super heroes, princesses, ghosts, zombies and other spooky characters are all invited to take part. Trick or Treating for children 10 and under begins at 10 am and will run rain or shine until 12 pm or until the candy runs out. Free face painting and petting zoo; pony rides; contests & more!
Vote for your favourite farmers’ market vendor Halloween costume, choose your pick for best scarecrow, and favorite jack o lantern! Proceed with caution to the Haunted Dojo at 10 Second Street and the Haunted Happy Place at 172 Broadway and be ready to get spooked! Extend the fun for a chance to win a kid’s Halloween Prize Pack by naming the witches waiting for you on the downtown Witches’ Walk.
After the kids have had their fun, it’s time to treat yourself! Sit down for a great cup of coffee and a snack at one of downtown’s cafes or drop the kids off with a sitter and indulge in a delicious meal at one of our fabulous downtown restaurants.
