Broadway Bricks
The Broadway Bricks project is gaining momentum and they are ahead of schedule! This has been made possible by preparing the new tree pits in advance of the sidewalk/boulevard work. Being ahead of schedule could mean finishing early, which would be great news, but it comes with a bit of a downside. We have been informed that disruptions to pedestrian business access may last longer than originally planned. Instead of a few minutes, pedestrian access could be impeded for anywhere from a few hours to a half day. Construction staff will visit businesses with updates, but the most convenient way to stay informed is to subscribe to updates to the Broadwaybricks.ca webpage by clicking on the "subscribe to this page" button on the right or bottom of the page.
