Downtown Orangeville is looking for volunteers to help out at our exciting Taste of Orangeville event coming up on Saturday August 18th and 19th ! Volunteers are needed at the waste diversion station to educate guests about which bin to use for their waste (recycling/compost/garbage) and to empty and replace bags as necessary.
Lunch is on us! Volunteers will receive FREE food tickets to the event!
Shifts available:
Friday, August 18th 12pm – 3pm
Friday, August 18th 3pm – 6pm
Saturday, August 19th 8am – 11am
Saturday, August 19th 11am – 2pm
Saturday, August 19th 2pm – 5pm
Saturday, August 19th 4pm – 6 pm
Activities include:
Guest Greeter
Event set up, includes lifting & carrying
Manning waste diversion station
Bussing/Garbage
Event Clean up/tear down
